Why don't I have any documents in my inbox?

You probably don't have any documents sent to the addresses you have currently configured in the app for the past months. Try to add some more addresses… you can add several email addresses, bank accounts,... the more addresses you link to your itspaid account, the more documents you will receive in your app.

Why do I still see addresses I removed?

When you remove an address, you will not receive documents for this address anymore. We leave the address for a little while, so you can still change your mind and reactivate the address.

Why do I have to log in again even if I did not log out?

After 24 hours, your session will expire. You can easily log in with itsme.

What if I buy a new phone?

You can easily install the itspaid app on your new phone. Your documents and addresses will be available as soon as you log in.

You will have to reconfigure itsme on your new device. For instructions on how to do this, see "Getting started" in the FAQ.

What if I lose my phone?

Don’t worry! The app is a secured environment. Somebody who found your phone will not be able to log in as they do not know your itsme code. To be on the safe side, block your itsme account immediately. You can do this via the itsme website, or via our help desk on +32 2 657 32 13 (Mon - Fri from 8 am to 6 pm). How can I delete my account?

I let somebody else use one of my addresses, how can I revoke this?
